About Me
Alas, I'm Jenna.
I am an experienced museum professional from outside of Baltimore, Maryland. I have held a variety of positions within cultural and historic institutions including roles on exhibitions, marketing, and fundraising teams. This has fostered my diverse skill: I have strong traditional skills such as academic research and writing in addition to more unconventional talents like digital illustration, social media management, and web development. My work focuses on synthesizing these skills in order to design and produce digital content and interactive experiences for broad audiences. I find my purpose in my projects, as I shared my enthusiasm for learning and love of history with others.
Currently, my research interests include collective memory, collective trauma, and the history of conspiracy theories in the United States. I am particularly interested in how these topics intersect with the culture of the American Civil War and the post-9/11 era. In my free time, you can find me listening to true crime podcasts, trying out new recipes, or cuddling with my cats, Scully and Fox.
